Lose up to 6 pounds in 14 days following the Special K Challenge.
Do this for 7 days.
- Breakfast: Special K and 1/2 cup skim milk with a piece of fruit
- Lunch: Special K and 1/2 cup skim milk with a piece of fruit or Special K Protein Meal Bar
- Dinner: Grilled salmon, boiled new potatoes, broccoli (anything reasonable and healthy)
- Snacks: Eat two snacks each day of Special K products (bars, cereal, snack bites) or fruits or vegetables.
Do this for 7 days.
